If you have opened the fuel line on a diesel, you will need to bleed it
to get it going again, same as if you ran it out of fuel.
You open the line above the fuel pump, and pump until the air is out,
then again to the injector pump. may also need to do after the pump
(can't remember offhand, it has been a while since I have had to do one,
I am sure some one will fill in some more detail if it is required)
