Fellows,
I am looking for a set of turn signal lights and a set of maroon front leather seats for my '89 505 turbo 5-speed.Also,a set of rear strutts/shocks.
I recently got back from a trip and found my car missing.A quick check revealed it was towed away for illegal parking.
I had to bail it out with $350.
Nothing can separate me from this car.This car gives me so much joy and kick to drive and is full of life at 127,557 miles.Sounds like a brand new engine seriously.
It is back on the road again and i love the way people admire it and wonder how i've been able to keep it going.
It is probably the only one (turbo) left in the metro Atlanta area as i have not seen any other except for another '89 505 s owned by a young lady about 22yrs old in pretty good condition.According to her,it was a pass on from her dad and she promises to hand it over to me whenever she tires of it.That has been two yrs plus and she just waves and smiles at me when i see her on the hwy.Ha! Ha!! Ha!!!
I guess i have a long wait.
