DO NOT USE YOUR FINGERS TO TEST THE FAN CLUTCH-THIS IS STILL HARD
PLASTIC AND IT WILL SERATE TISSUE- ask me how I know! Use a popsicle
stick or other narrow piece of wood instead.

And no. Just because the electric fans work do not mean the fan clutch
will engage. If the sensor is faulty, the fan clutch will not
necessarily engage, and you will not get the cooling from the servo
clutch fan.
