Switch to PB Blaster and let it soak. Then apply what Grubbs calls "micro persuasion"
with a hammer. Once it's moving, you can gently pry back and forth, lubing while you are
doing it. It can be awkward to get some leverage. I think Pete said to hit it with graphite
later, as the graphite is a metal, and doesn't burn away.
