[Peugeot-L] hard pressing clutch

Hi!

On my Pug 605 hard to push the clutch and can be heared creak voice when pushing it. But there is no problem to change gears at all. The car is 16 years old, I don't if the clutch assemby was changed or not.
The question is what is the root cose of the clutch hard working ? When the the engine-gearbox is hot, more harder to push the clutch pedal.
