Often the leaks are pinholes in the high pressure hose, to see them you need to have the engine running, and then turn the steering wheel to full lock and hold it there while looking at the high pressure hose (just don't get hot fluid in your face).
If this is the case, you can take off the hose, and any decent power steering shop should be able to remanufacture it for you.
