A google search of "peugeot parts new york" turned up a few places
that might be worthwhile. Unfortunately the time difference is a
killer here. While it's only 3p here, it's after business hours out
there.
If you absolutely needed it tomorrow, nothing beats overnight
(Saturday) delivery. The Western Hemispheres page lists an XD3T pump
in stock. It'll cost you dearly, but you may be able to get it
overnighted.
