Gene,
I got mine from a couple of guys that had a machine shop. I'm not
sure where you are located, but there must be a machinist around that
either has a scrap, or can cut you one. I have another Snap-on one
that is brass and looks more like a fat punch, but it isn't the same as
the cylindrical scrap that I have.
I am not planning on parting with it, but if I do, I will keep you in
mind.
