Peugeot 107, Citroen C1 and toyota aygo are practically the same car.
toyota yaris is sold in NA with echo badge and boot. It is totally
different car. yaris is bigger and engines are not the same. aygo is
not sold in states.
107, C1 and aygo are using 3-cylinder 1.0-litre gasoline engine
which is I believe from suzuki or daihatsu (toyota owns them both).
107, C1 and aygo are also using 1.4 HDI diesel engine which is
originally from Peugeot 206 and Citroen C3. yaris has totally
different diesel engine too.
107, C1 and aygo scored 4/5 stars in EuroNCAP crash test.
Interesting fact:
In Finland Peugeot 206 has best residual value (precent) approx 70%
of all cars sold in Finland. The cars in comparison are 1 year old.
