[Peugeot-L] 86 SW starter problem

The ignition switchs are pprone to failure before replacing the starter short the terminals on the solenoid to make sure that is actually the starter that is the problem
If it starts by shorting the small terminal to the upper large terminal then there is a fix that will be cheap and last almost forever
