[Peugeot-L] 1989 505 Turbo Wagon A/C

I'm about to restore and or repair my A/C system and I found out about this: http://www.autocool-refrigerants.com/index.htm , I have questions.

  Any one have any knowledge about R12A ?

R12A supposedly is compliant and compatible with old R12 systems, and it is OSHA compliant and legal.

If anyone can tell me more, or if you have this currently in your vehicle, your thoughts would be appreciated.
