    Where is it leaking? I vaguely remember that Bob Bruce said that they can be clamped if   it is where the crimp is. I am guessing that you cut the crimped part free, slip the hose end   on, and clamp away. But that is a guess. I think he said it is not what you would call a   "high-pressure" hose, so a simple clamp does the trick. You might want to verify with him   first, as I haven't tried it myself, so I can't say for sure if it will work.

    You might also may try a place that makes hydraulic hoses. Farm equipment repair   places all do that, as well as some auto shops and the like. You might have to look around.   I've seen it done, and it's not a big deal, provided you have the tools. I'm guessing the trick   would be getting around the M word (as in metric fittings).
