Turbogas is a turbo gasoline model. Gas (N.A. usage) = essense = petrol etc.
"Gas" elsewhere = LPG (liquid propane gas) or just "propane", or then the other product, CNG (compressed natural gas) Propane is used mainly for backyard BBQs in N.A., and CNG is largely not used as such at all for engine fuel, but only via gasline/piping for home/hot water heating...although there are some transit buses (CNG) and taxis (LPG) running on it in Canada
LPG/CNG conversion never caught on in US (at all) or Canada the way it did in Oz/Kiwi and other places like Italy etc.
Propane--heavier than air, so a leak can equal *BOOM!* (especially in enclosed spaces/underground parking)
CNG-less range, chemical properties make for a serious changeover in conversion due to incompatibilities with gasoline/diesel usable materials.
clean diesels/diesel-electric hybrids, running on ultra low sulphur diesel--now that's the ticket for the future!

When you say turbogas, does that mean it runs on LPG, or is it a
turbocharged petrol?
