Manual boost controllers and the N9Txx are tough due to boost spikes.
The more you bleed, the bigger spike you'll get when you initially
whack the throttle open. I'd suggest a stiffer wastegate (or spring),
or some sort of electronic boost control method.
In any case, there is a boost electrovalve which sits on the passenger
side strut tower which has a red plug on top of it. One line leads to
the intake tract, one line leads to the wastegate actuator, and one
line leads to the tap on the intake side of the turbo. I believe i ran
my bleeder on the line from the electrovalve to the wastegate
actuator. Another option is to put an adjustable restrictor on the
same line.
Have you already increased fuel flow?
