Bill:
Before you go to the expense of replacing anything, you need to locate all
the grounds busses in the engine bay and remove the wires, polish them and
the ground buss (or replace the buss if it is badly corroded) and
reassemble. Make sure you clean up the ground connection from the battery
to the engine (where it attaches to the engine) and if you are feeling
really energetic, remove the starter and clean up all the electrical
connections as well.
I had the 'click' at the turn of the key, I did the grounds cleanup and it
has totally eliminated the problem.
