In the parking lot here in Welcome, NC of all places, I see Pontiac Parisiennes from the 70s and Cadillac from the 80s with 24" wheels.

In fact, it seems everybody nowadays are driving old $400, quickly resprayed (rust holes and all still there) cars with $5000 24" wheels... I just dont get it.

Sounds like half the bimmers around here too...

I agree, all turbos are pretty rare, but if the mod can be undone, it might not be that bad... Not sure at any rate that you could improve the handling much by going larger than 15".

A Citroen Xantia suspension would be cool tough...

On my wagon, from an utility standpoint, I'd really like to replace the rear springs by some sort of air springs or hydraulics. Similar to the Citroen wagon (C5?). Drop it low, load the car, then have it auto level after you are done... (The auto level is not really needed, the SW8 can take a LOT of weight before it is too low)
