- An inspection from anyone world wide is welcomed strictly by
appointment and any costs incurred are solely the responsibility of
the perspective bidder. Should the vehicle be inspected UNDER NO
CIRCUMSTANCES WHATSOEVER ARE VERBAL OFFERS TO BE MADE. This vehicle
will be sold by Ebay auction.
- Costs to remove the vehicle from my premises should it be a West
Australian winner are solely those of the bidder. Removal of the
vehicle MUST BE within fourteen (14) days after FULL and FINAL payment
has been made and received into my account.
- Costs to remove the vehicle from my premises from outside of
Western Australia is to be solely those of the winning bidder EXCEPT
the seller at no cost to the winner will deliver the vehicle to the
said authorised transport company in and around the Perth metropolitan
area transport industry. Removal of the vehicle MUST BE within thirty
(30) days after FULL and FINAL payment has been made and received into
my account.
- In reference to removal of the vehicle in 3. and 4. above, in that
should the vehicle not be removed within the specified fourteen (14)
and thirty (30) days and the winner has not convinced me in a truthful
and trustworthy manner by email otherwise, then the vehicle will be
disposed of at the discretion of the seller and under no circumstances
will there be a refund in proportion or total to the winner.
