Here is my 405 fuel consumption data since the day I got it, to get

To convert to US MPG, divide the L/100 km figure by 3.785 and then
divide 62.14 by the quotient you calculated first.
OK, I'll make it easy: the 405 has averaged about 29 MPG US since the
day I got it and the smart has averaged 59 MPG US since I got it 5
months ago. The 405's best ever is about 38 MPG US and the smart's
best so far is about 69 MPG US (the most recent 9 tanks are about 67
MPG) . I can do better, MUCH better, in the smart. Give me time....
