[Peugeot-L] 86 505 Turbo: 15 inch tire size opinions?

This Turbo that I got in trade for some ice cream at last has 4 15 inch Peugeot alloy rims to mount-- hence the question.

I would like to do well in the wet,[Seattle WA. USA] and was thinking also of a narrow size for a bit less rolling resistance.

Is this an good size for me? I'm looking at Bridgestone Potenzas.
