i am looking for a good home for my 504 diesel wagon. i used this car
everyday til about 2 years ago. i have started it and moved it around
once a month since then but i just don't have the room or time for it
anymore. it is a medium/metallic blue(original color), with reddish
brown and black interior. outside is descent looking and interior is
very nice, including the rear wood cargo area. it has 125k miles,auto
trans, ac(not working). the body is very solid with the only rust holes
being, inside the rear passenger wheelwell and lower panel behind that
same rear wheel, and one tiny hole at the front of the drivers rocker.
there are some surface rust spots on various panels too, but these spots
are still solid. car starts right up and runs and drives. however it
likes to lock up the rear passenger brake rather frequently(this is why
i stopped driving it). the other known problems are the the front window
winders are worn out, there is a crack in the corner off the winshield,
exhaust has one rusty section on the straight pipe leading up to the
front muffler, and it needs new tires and a battery. i would really like
to see some peugeot person save this car(it's only $500!). car should be
towed home because of the rear brake problem(i think it only needs new
brake shoes and springs/hardware kit, it has a new wheel cylinder, and
the drum was cut and ebrake does'nt seem to be hanging up). please email
