I wrote a detailed procedure three years ago, that was on the old
vectorbd archive that Jim Lill ran.
Someone else here must have that archive and be able to pass it or
the current URL (assuming it's online somewhere) on to you. It was
around spring 2002 that I did mine IIRC (or was it 2001?)
If not, email me and I might be able to recollect the key points.
