I just put on the road an 85 505S TD sedan automatic with the XD3T and WOW it's fast compared to the smaller engine XD2S that I've driven. The drivetrain runs great. Is the 3 spd auto same as the 3 spd auto on an 84 604TD? They sure shift very differently. The 505 shifts quick and smooth between gears, unlike the 604.
One problem I have is a leaky #2 injector, the one with wires. What's the best way to stop the leak?
