When you consider the risk of fire, blinding other drivers (and thus
causing wrecks), or improperly illuminating the road (and thus causing
wrecks)... yeah I'd want to be damn sure that the lamps I put in my
car are of reasonable quality.
Yes, ECE certification is great (are these lamps ECE certified?), and
IMO important, but different countries appear to be more stringenet in
their respective certification requirements.
Of course, at the prices that these lamps are being offered at, I
think they're worth a try even if they were to be duds.
