IIRC from a conversation with our dearly departed Peugeot Pete, the
older ones you could rebuild but the newer ones you could not. Can't
recall which he thought were better. This is all from post I made
when I got my first peugeot about wanting to seal up the vacuum pump
because it was noisy. Boy, was I clueless back then...thanks to this
list I have learned and forgotten a whole lot since that time! ;)
