Hi,
The best way is to remove the panel under the steering wheel so you can
get at the central lock controller. It is then just a matter of giving
the right signal to the controller. Not got the details handy, but it
will be a matter of either earthing or +ve power to one of the pins on
the controller. This will cause it to lock (for one pin) and unlock (for
a different pin).
Once the system has done a lock/unlock cycle, it should work again,
until next time it jams. It will need some maintenance (clean and lube)
at the lock to reduce the chance of it happening again.
