[Peugeot-L] Detailed instructions on removing and reinstalling Injection Pump 85 505TD...please

Hey guys.

Now that I have my newish 86 diesel running, I think it's time for me to get under the hood and get the 85 going...

I've posted about it's problems in the past - out of control idle on startup. The 86 above, just so happened to come with two IP's in the trunk! :) Now I just need help to switch. I have read the procedure in workshop manual, but not completely clear. Seems to me the main is issue is the timing when installing a new or used unit. Does anyone have a detailed description of procedure? things to look out for, tips, etc?

Coincidentally, I have the 7.0110 ZW factory tool kit, which I believe has the tool to change the timing on the thing, so hopefully that thing will finally pay for itself.

Also, Chris could you send me that IP diagram you said you had...it would come in quite handy right now!

thanks in advance
-Tony
