Following up on my earlier posts about AC suppliers for Peugeots, here's another source for inexpensive Sanden compressors:
contact Rob Courter at robcourter@yahoo.com. I bought some OEM hoses from him recently at a very low price and they arrived in days. He's a good source of info on the subject. He also has the Sanden 709 Model #7402, said to be a direct replacement for the 508 Model # 9276 used on the Peugeots. No alteration needed. He sells them new for $249.50. That's a very good price - a lot of Internet places want $290 and up for re-builts for the 508. (If you want a rebuilt 508, he charges $199.50.) He's at Javel, Inc. (formerly Garage Courtier) in Dallas.
