Well-reasoned and thoughtful. Let's not splinter or fragment... or go to a "cold" forum. I need the wisdom, experience and knowledge of every one of you. Owning a Peugeot wouldn't make sense without you. It is painful to read these posts. While I have had no problem with the list, I see that for some it is a sore point. But it seems trivial in comparison to the tremendous help that it (all of you, through the list) provides. Admitedly, only my opinion. Having met almost none of you, I feel that all of you are friends, kindred spirits in appreciation of these very special cars. The active interplay on the list is daily inspiration, particularly when my car is misbehaving. I very much hope we can stay together in this "warm," participative list. Steve and Mike, to name two of you who have registered discontent, are probably the two members who have helped me the most, so I am unhappy speaking up about this if I appear disloyal to true friends. But this topic is grinding on and on, so perhaps it is important to speak out now, before we lose one another to a plethora of divergent lists or forums. I think it is not the mechanics of how we communicate that matters, but that we stay together.
