One of the local Volvo guys bought e-codes for his 960 from England.
He's about as phobic of ScamTech products as I am, only he was willing
to dismiss the ST lamps. Anyways. He put a piece of tape over the
lamp to mask off where it flares up to the left. He claims that it's
still a significant improvement over the DOT lamps (and I don't doubt
it).
At the very least the sharp horizontal cutoff of true e-codes is amazing.
