[Peugeot-L] N9TE over/under charging

The volts range from 12.5 to 15.5, so looks like this alt. is going south. (3 year old rebuild)   

Can driving with an alt that is at times over charging damage things like the ECUs on an 86 505 Turbo? (while I wait for a new one to come in the mail)
