Somewhere I have some photos of several Delage with very similar discs-of- ascending-size spattered along the sides of that Gladstone-Gander-length bonnet. One car even had them painted like bagua - Chinese Yin/Yang symbols in black and white. Don't recall the coachbuilder, or even if identified... but aren't these the swoopiest, swooshiest, most outrageous cars?!!!

It's blue on top, white in the middle and red at at the bottom.
I love the portivents with the ascending size. They look fun. And the back wheel covers
are over the top.
