I have a 96 Citroen and it has a BIG warning under the hood that
says that this car is illegal in the US and must never be used there.

Which are much better than the DOT ones. I had a VW with DOT headlights
and replaced them with EU ones at the first chance.

Why is that? down here we use Euro standards and Euro IV is required
from 2007 model year on.. whats teh US 2007 standard?
