They are not illegal on EU cars.....in fact, there are quite a few
cars made for the European market that have them. In Sweden for
example, Volvos have them front and rear, although they are amber in
color. As another example, the Mazda Miata (nee MX-5) has them as
well...orange front and rear in all EU markets.
