Koll,
The problem with your cylinder is most likely one of
the 'tumblers', not the key... otherwise the other
side would give the same symptoms.
Unfortunately the cylinder isn't bolted together...
it's plastic. So it comes apart, but only in a
destructive, never to be dependably reassembled,
manner. You can try lubricating it to free up the
tumbler, but that's about all you can do.
Unfortunately the cylinders are side specific. The
main cylinder assembly is the same side to side, but
the arm attached to the end, which actually moves the
lock mechanism, is different side to side. They even
make one gray and the other one white so you can tell
the difference.
If you can't get the tumbler to free up with
lubrication, you'll need to replace the cylinder. New
ignition switches are still available with matching
door lock cylinders... and then there is always used
sets (with or with the ignition switch).
