I thought about doing this with a Citroen, but after semi-restoring a
Peugeot and with all the hassle with parts, documentation, no support, etc.
I can only imagine it's 10x with a car that was never designed for the NA
market. I'll just get a SM that someone else has done up right. Way
cheaper in the end.
Not to mention, there is no chance a pencil-neck bureaucrat doesn't get to
get stiff sending my "illegal" car to the crusher.
I'll never import a car under the current rules.
