I don't think Cerrone is still in business (that's not SF proper but about an hour south... in Redwood City?). Truth be told, I wasn't too impressed by a 505 TD that my friend bought that had supposedly been serviced by Cerrone. On the other side of SF (to the North of SF) Askim's in San Rafael, and what used to be Custom Auto Works (it still exists, but I don't know what it's called now) in Mill Valley seem reputable.
