There is more to this...
The #3 fuse keeps blowing as well - so the wipers and turn signals don't work, and I thought it might have something to do with the climate control, as I believe its on the same fuse. Electrics on cars are not my forte...where should I start???

I don't know why, but my fan started running at full speed, and is blowing air thorough the windshield vents. The only way I can turn it off is to unplug the wiring from the dash switches on the dash. Can anyone offer some suggestions (it's the '86 505 dash by the way)?
