Some of the older asymetrical European headlamps that used the type A/R2 had
that piece that could be shifted when installing the bulb and lamp could be
used for LHT or RHT depending on how the bulb was clocked into the lamp.
These lamps are identified by <- -> on the lens. The lamps that couldn't
were often <- or ->.
