Nope, Mercedes etal just won't do it for you. I have
experienced NOTHING as comfortable as a Peugeot 505
and, since I am in the high end car repair business, I
have driven them all.
Additionally, the visibility and handling are superior
to most.
I have had chronic back trouble/back aches since I was
a kid as a result of football and diving related
injuries. About 20 years ago, I ended up in the
hospital for 5 days followed by a recovery period of
several weeks. This was due to a full muscle spasm
and pinched nerves.
In 1990 I began to own and drive Peugeots and have not
had a major back issue since! I had a little help
from a physical therapist who suggested a
self-manipulation technique which I use occasionally
but I really think that the comfort of the Peugeot was
the answer.
