I'm a late comer here... it sounds like either the injectors are clogged
now, or there is air in the fuel line. I know nothing of biodiesel, is it
thicker that regular diesel when its cold? If it is, then your injectors
can't atomize it and make a combustable mixture for the engine. Another
possibility is a clogged fuel filter. These old diesels are kind of picky
about having clean fuel filters and a free flowing source of fuel, since
Peugeot didn't put a pump at the tank.
