Same case here on my 86 Turbo. Curious to learn more about this.

I just changed the proportioning valve on my 505 and, using a
Mighty-vac to bleed the rears, got what it seems a very restricted flow
of brake fluid for all the pumping that I did. The seal was good and I
got good suction, but, even with the bleeder open relatively fully, I
got little fluid.
I am not sure if this is a job for a urologist or not. Then again, as
is the case in most Peugeot repairs, is there some Peugeot decreed
procedure (bleed brakes with vehicle hung from ceiling, remove engine
and transmission before bleeding brakes, etc.) that I should perform so
that the rears can give up some more fluid?
