[Peugeot-L] Re: 505 sunroof switch to manual?

I wish I could find a new 505 cable for $100, that must have been when the cars were new. They have seen a recent price increase and are now pushing $500CDN :(

I too have tossed around the idea of fab'ing some sort of manual mechanism but I will likely never take on the project.
