I have an '87 505 STI V6 with the blue cloth interior.
I am interested in one or both of the leather seats
that were available on the STX or Turbo models from
1986 forward. I would like them to be in good,
presentable condition without tears and they must be
blue.
I am rather tall and have found that the cloth seats
in my car seem to sit rather higher than some of the
leather chairs I have sat in, so I am hoping the
change to the leather seat will liberate some more
headroom. The cloth seats I have are comfortable
enough, but I just feel to "perched" in the car to
ever get really comfortable. The leather models seem
to have less full cushions on the bottom.
If anyone has thoughts on lowering the existing seats
I would like to hear any suggestions.
