Well, no, because it also takes more work to rotate the larger wheel,
that's why acceleration suffers a bit. Then again, if you are looking
for a grand scheme, your speedometer reading will be closer to actual
speed. They normally "cheat" by 2 or 3 mph and this will be partially
offset by the 2% grater speed for the same rpm's.
