Mikey, you may have to replace the pads to stop the squeaking, but you
should definitely return the rebuilt calipers to where you got them if the
handbrake won't work when properly adjusted. Many rebuilt calipers suffer
from this problem, because rebuilding does not restore the handbrake action
on calipers which have been ruined by not rotating the piston before
collapsing it to install new pads. Of course you must be sure you have the
cables adjusted up properly and that they are free to move.
