Does any one out there know how to test wheter the
alternator is bad or not while in the car?My 5 year
battery went dead, I put a good old battery which
worked good for two days. There was heavy rain and
flods and I might have had water go into the
alternator. After one day I jump-started the car,
moved it into a parking spot. A day later I started
and it started ok. Is it the alternator?, the
alternator is a rebuilt one-3years ago.
