[Peugeot-L] Re: Window failure/505 passenger side

Yeah my right rear window if someone puts it down all the way will get stuck, then I need to take the door panel off and give the gears a little pry to get it moving again. I have seen this before on my Ford pickup electric windows. The gears are out of sync with the window position. The motor senses the window can roll down further but the window is actually down too far already. Depending on how Peugeot electric windows sense position your solution may be to open the door panel and check to see if the motor is bound up due to there being no more gear teeth to move. Sorry about that sentence, too may rum runners last night. My point is the motor may be stuck for whatever reason. You probably will not hear it groan or anything, due to the gear ratio of the window mechanism. Figure out which way it needs to move and give the gears a little boost with a large screw driver.
