Tony O, I thought you would know the cause of your problem being a biodiesel infopop regular.
Since you're blending VO with your diesel, what's happening is that the VO, being an excellent solvent, has loosened up 20 years of crud that's been accumulating in your tank. It is clogging everything up. What you need to do is take the tank out and clean it out completely and then install new filters.
