I actually own a Mi16 with dash cracks. Car was a Texas car. The speaker grills and windshield defroster vent are also cracked in pieces from Texas heat. Luckly the windows are all tinted so rest of interior is OK. Just the dash.
I bet many cars in south will have some cracks in the dash.
