[Peugeot-L] 1988 505 STI need someone to install hood cable in Philadelphia area.

This January the hood cable on my car broke. Thanks to someone in VT who gave us instructions we were able, a month ago to release the hood. Now we need help installing the new cable. We haven't a clue how to do this. Is there anyone in the Philadelphia area who knows how to do this and makes house calls. The car is undrivable at this time and I want to get it in driving condition so that I can sell it. It's got less than 70,000 miles and still drives great (when it's drivable!!!) Thanks for your input.
